Answer

Board fees do not change based on conflict of interest management plans. Members remain subject to their individual and collective obligations under the Crown Entities Act 2004 and/or the Companies Act 1993 and other relevant legislation. For Crown Entities, these collective duties include an obligation to ensure an entity operates consistently with its objectives and functions, and in a financially responsible manner.
