Answer
The Water Services Authority – Taumata Arowai (the Authority) has conflicts of interest management plans in place for the Board Chair and a Māori Advisory Group member. These plans relate to perceived or potential conflicts declared on a precautionary basis. Neither member has been required to recuse themselves because of any conflict. Accordingly, no fees or other remuneration paid by the Authority were affected by any conflicts of interest impacting meeting attendance.
