I advised by the Ministry of Transport that no cases of sexual harrassment were referred in relation to staff for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2464 (2026) in regard to NZTA and the Ministry’s record retention period.
