What total fees or other remuneration, if any, were paid to each director or member of a board or committee subject to a conflict of interest management plan at any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, role, the amount paid, the period of service, and the proportion of agenda items the person was present for over that period, as at 10 June 2026?

Rt Hon Winston Peters

Answer
The requested information on fees or remuneration for directors or board members subject to conflict management plans cannot be provided within the standard timeframe for a written parliamentary question. The member may seek this information directly from KiwiRail and Ferry Holdings. Conflict management plans are standard governance tools that ensure conflicts are managed without hindering directors' ability to perform their duties.
