Hon David Seymour

Answer

I understand that Pharmac considered how it could meet the Cabinet Circular for needs-based services within the legal framework of section 6 and 7 of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, as well as the Government Policy Statement on Health, all of which incorporate Te Tiriti o Waitangi into the decision making process in the Health Sector.
