How many agenda items, if any, was each director or member of any board, committee, or other body of any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible excluded from or absent for since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, role, whether the director or member was subject to a conflict of interest management plan, the number of items excluded because of a conflict of interest, the number missed for other reasons, and the total number of items the person was present for as a proportion of all agenda items considered during their tenure, as at 10 June 2026?

Answer
I am advised there have been nine MAG meetings held from 10 Dec 2024 to 29 April 2026 with a total of 68 agenda items across that period. One member of MAG was absent for 13 agenda items, and another for 16 agenda items. None of these members are subject to a conflict-of-interest management plan.
