Answer
There has been no need to implement any conflict of interest management plans during this period for Auckland Light Rail and City Rail Link. New Zealand Transport Agency advises that one board member currently has a standing conflict of interest management plan in place arising from a single interest, which was established at the time of their appointment to the board.
