Answer
I am aware of one appointment to an SOE board I am responsible for where a conflict management plan was developed as part of the due diligence process during the appointment phase, as follows. Darin Cusack, elevated to Chair of the Airways Board. A conflict of interest management plan was established due to his concurrent board role on the Civil Aviation Authority. It is the responsibility of each Board to ensure all conflict management plans are kept up to date and managed appropriately, in line with their own policies and protocols. The details of these plans are held by the respective companies.
