Answer
The Office is aware of one instance where a conflict management plan was developed as part of the due diligence process during the appointment phase. This occurred in relation to Scott O'Donnell, who was appointed as a Director on the KiwiRail Board. The conflict management plan for this appointment has already been publicly disclosed through media coverage. It is the responsibility of each Board to ensure all conflict management plans are kept up to date and managed appropriately, in line with their own policies and protocols. The details of these plans are held by the respective companies.
