Answer

I am aware of one conflict of interest management plan in place at the Broadcasting Commission, enacted on 19 November 2025, and one at Radio New Zealand that was developed as part of due diligence processes during the appointment phase. It is the responsibility of each Board to ensure all conflict management plans are kept up to date and managed appropriately, in line with their own policies and protocols. The details of these plans are held by the respective companies.
