I am advised that for Te Tari Whakatau there are none I am advised that the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund (Tupu Tonu) Board members’ interests are reported in the annual report. Conflicts of interest plans are specific to investment origination. Since 27 November 2023, three Tupu Tonu Board members have had conflicts of interest managed for investments under consideration by Tupu Tonu.
