All board members are subject to expectations of ethical conduct in line with the relevant legislation, the Code of Conduct for Crown Entity Board Members and the Public Sector Code of Conduct where it applies. For operational matters of this nature, the member should direct inquiries to the relevant entities, noting that information on board remuneration is available in entity annual reports.
