Answer

I am not aware of any appointments or reappointments I have made since 27 November 2023 where a conflict of interest management plan was put in place prior to the appointment. It is the responsibility of each Board to ensure all conflict management plans are kept up to date and managed appropriately, in line with their own policies and protocols. The details of these plans are held by the respective companies.
