The information sought by the Member is not held centrally or collated in a way that is readily reportable in the timeframe available to respond to written parliamentary questions. Board members are responsible for disclosing and updating their interests. The management of any conflict is determined on a case-by-case basis and agreed between the Chair and the Board member, considering the relevant meeting topics. All Board members adhere to conflict of interest management practices, including withholding relevant papers and excluding the member from discussion or decision making where appropriate.
