Question

  • What impact on court scheduling, if any, has been identified for the coming year due to court infrastructure issues, broken down by court, and how will these be addressed?

Answered by

Hon Nicole McKee

List MP · ACT Party · Minister for Courts

Answer

I can advise the member that operational continuity is maintained throughout planned court infrastructure works by careful coordination between the Ministry of Justice’s operations and project teams. All planned infrastructure works are built into the National Schedule, minimising any impacts on the scheduling of cases and court operations.
