Answer

The Investment Case identified a $15.3b - $18.3b investment envelope to design, consent and construct Te Hana to Port Marsden Highway and Port Marsden Highway to Whangārei. Cost estimates remain subject to refinement. The Government has signalled its intention to progress the Northland Corridor in stages, subject to funding, approvals, and further analysis.
