Repayments on any Crown loan provided to NZ Transport Agency would be considered alongside other National Land Transport Fund commitments. The NLTF is managed on a multi-year basis and reviewed through the National Land Transport Programme process. Any repayment obligations would be balanced against other priorities to ensure the overall programme remains affordable and deliverable.
