Answer
Kāinga Ora - Since 27 November 2023, all standard remuneration for Kāinga Ora board members, including attendance at meetings and the performance of their duties, has been paid in accordance with approved board fees. Kāinga Ora generally arranges and pays directly for board members’ travel and accommodation. As a result, these costs are not typically reimbursed to members. In limited circumstances where expenses are not directly arranged by Kāinga Ora, board members may submit claims. The total value of such expense claims, across all board members and for the period to 8 June 2026, is $29,130. This amount covers all reimbursed expenses across the period. I was provided the attached table for Tāmaki Regeneration Company.
