Answer

Since 27 November 2023, I have made two reappointments to Te Pou Tupua; Turama Hawira and Keria Ponga were reappointed as Co-Chairs, effective 1 August 2025. The annual fee for Co-Chairs is $75,000. These fees did not increase on reappointment and have not been subject to a recent review. No other board or committee appointments or reappointments have been made within my portfolio during this period.
