Answer

I am advised that security funding is based on investment numbers aligned to the 10-year Health Digital Investment Plan. Funding in Budget 2026 is for four years and I expect to be updated about future investment needs in due course. This is similar to the approach taken through Budget 2022 in which funding was not baselined.
