What capital mechanism, if any, will fund hospital infrastructure from 2027/28 onwards?

I am advised that in addition to health capital funding provided through existing tagged contingencies or Health New Zealand capital spending, health capital funding decisions from 2027/28 will be taken in relevant Budgets.
