I am advised that Customs received a copy of the invitation letter I received from the Minister of Finance outlining the initiatives I was invited to submit as part of Budget 2026. Customs was also provided with Treasury Circular CO (26) 02: Budget 2026 – Process Guidance and Timetable for Departments, which set out the process requirements and timelines for submitting Budget bids.
