Answer

I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry), that no cases of sexual harassment resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments to any staff during each calendar year from 2023 to 2026. The Ministry holds no records indicating disciplinary outcomes being made between 2019 and 2022. Records prior to 2019 are not held or incomplete in line with authorised and disposal requirements under the Public Records Act 2005.
