Answer

I am advised that 10 positions at the Ministry of Transport were disestablished since 27 November 2023. The Ministry has not reappointed any employees that were made redundant. A total of 144 people have been made redundant (voluntarily or otherwise) between 27 November 2023 at NZ Transport Agency (NZTA). I refer the Member to the attached document for a break down by month and redundancy type.
