Answer

Each year Te Puni Kōkiri is required to report on contractors and consultants who have been previously employed, through Select Committee processes for Estimates and Annual Reviews. I refer the Member to the evidence provided by Te Puni Kōkiri to Māori Affairs Select Committee at the following link: https://www3.parliament.nz/en/pb/sc/submissions-and-advice/current?Criteria.page=VirtualListing&Criteria.Keyword=Maori%20development&Criteria.DateFrom=2023-10-14&Criteria.ParliamentNumber=54&Criteria.Author=M%C4%81ori%20Affairs%20Committee&Criteria.ParliamenStartDate=2023-10-14&Criteria.ParliamentNumber=54&Criteria.PageNumber=2
