Answer
I am advised that since 27 November 2023, 68 staff have been made redundant at the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry). None of these were by voluntary redundancy. I refer the Member to attachment 1 for the total redundancies for the Ministry and crown entities. Of the Ministry staff made redundant, one was appointed to a new role as at 5 June 2026.
