Answer

Any formal meetings I have relating to my Ministerial portfolios with lobbyists, advocacy groups, or any other organisations are recorded in my ministerial diaries which are proactively released. However, as the Member will well know, all Ministers and Members of Parliament consistently have informal interactions with representatives of a range of organisations at a variety of events and functions. My usual response is to advise that they contact my office. Given how frequently these interactions happen, I do not consider it reasonable or feasible to record every single instance.
