All scheduled Ministerial meetings are in my proactively released diary unless there are genuine reasons under the OIA to withhold them. However, I meet people frequently in a range of settings including at events while undertaking Ministerial engagements. People will often approach me in those contexts to lobby or advocate for a particular issue.
