For the 2025/26 financial year to date, I refer the Member to the attached table. In addition, the Treasury has standard confidentiality wording in all its employment and other agreements. I also refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 26048 (2026) Confidentiality clauses are in the RBNZ’s standard employment contracts and contracting arrangements. In the event of any employment/contracting dispute any confidentiality obligations would be contained within the relevant settlement agreement, rather than a separate NDA. The RBNZ does not have NDAs in place for staff or contractors outside of these parameters. For the Government Superannuation Fund, none, no employees.
