Answer

I am advised that since 27 November 2023, the Department of Conservation has made payments in relation to eight settlement agreements, at a total cost of $101,500. DOC is not able provide this breakdown by month, as this granularity would expose individual settlement payments, which is subject to the confidentiality provisions of the agreements themselves.
