Answer
The Government announced measures to transform the public service as part of Budget 2026 on 28 May 2026. I am advised that Customs is considering the implications of the transformation programme and that Customs has not disestablished any roles as a consequence of the savings announced in Budget 2026. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 24714, 24717, and 24905 (2026).
