I am advised by the Ministry of Transport that no cases of workplace bullying resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments since 2019 in relation to staff for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2464 (2026) in regard to NZTA and the Ministry's record retention period.
