I am advised by the Ministry of Transport that no individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of workplace bullying in relation to staff for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2464 (2026) in regard to NZTA and the Ministry's record retention period.
