This initiative supports the early delivery phase of the programme, enabling planning, site investigations, detailed design, and market engagement to progress approximately 90 modern residential dwellings for military personnel and their families at Waiouru Military Camp, RNZAF Base Ohakea, Linton Military Camp, Trentham Military Camp, RNZAF Base Woodbourne, and Burnham Military Camp. Public release of the estimated cost per home would unreasonably prejudice negotiations.
