Answer

I am advised that of the bullying allegations received and substantiated between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2025, WorkSafe New Zealand has been able to identify four individuals who were dismissed or resigned following findings of a workplace bullying investigation. To provide further detail would require significant time/resource to collate this information, and I do not consider it is in the public interest to do so.
