Hon Nicola Willis

Answer

I am advised by the Social Investment Agency that one investigation into workplace bullying at the SIA (and its predecessor the Social Wellbeing Agency) has been referred to an external investigator since its establishment in 2017. A breakdown by year has not been provided to protect privacy due to small numbers.
