Answer

Since 2018, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has recorded 8 instances of alleged or possible workplace bullying. All cases were resolved through a combination of resetting behavioural expectations, leadership training or coaching, and wellness support, as appropriate, with no formal sanctions. Data cannot be provided by calendar year due to individual privacy. For Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 2246 (2026).
