Answer

No decisions have been made about roles that may be affected by savings targets through Budget 2026. A question about the average daily rates for external consultants and contractors regularly included in the Supplementary Estimates Questionnaire for the forthcoming Estimates Examination for Vote Environment. The Environment Committee is expected to publish the responses to that Questionnaire in June 2026. I refer the Member to those responses once published.
