Answer

I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) has reached three financial settlements in relation to bullying and harassment complaints during the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2025. The total value of these financial settlements for this period is $70,757.50. In 2022, a total value of $2,500 was made as a result of one case of bullying and in 2024, a total value of $68,257.50 was made as a result of two cases of bullying.
