Answer

I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) has had 17 staff who have been issued with formal disciplinary sanctions, up to and including a final written warning following findings of bullying or harassment during the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2025. I refer the Member to the attached appendix which identifies when these 17 formal disciplinary sanctions occurred, broken down by calendar year.
