Specific decisions on how these reforms will be achieved by agencies have not yet been made. Ministers have asked Chief Executives to work through what this means for their organisations. This is also my response to WPQs 20995, 20996, 21000,21005, 21420, 21423, 21428, 21440, 21449, 21450, 21786, 21789, 21793, 21802, 21808, 21825, 22143, 22150, 22164, 22166, 22179, 22549, 22569, 22855, 22903, 22897, 22919, 22926, 23201, 23258, 23272, 23276, 23286, 23301, 23566, 23618, 23635, 23646, 23654, 23668, 23935, 23993, 24000, 24004 and 24018.
