Answer
Ministry for Women staff have access to Co-Pilot chat and the Ministry’s BoardConnector registration application to support women onto boards uses an internal use only AI querying tool. Co-Pilot chat is included in the general licensing costs. BoardConnector’s AI was an initial cost of $24,000 and an ongoing cost of $750 per month. The Ministry is considering implementing M365 Co-Pilot but timing and costs have not yet been finalised.
