Answer

I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that this four-year programme of work is underway. I am further advised that there are seven funded deliverables with varying delivery timeframes across the length of the programme. Current priority focus areas includes: initial pilots relating to respite care and supports to parents preparing to resume care, the development of placement availability and suitability tools, and scoping activities for standard operating procedures and capability development (learning supports for staff and caregivers).
