I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that the expected caseloads for each Ministry employment case management service are as follows: • Case Manager (Dedicated service) 1:105 clients • Case Manager (Health Condition and Disability) 1:80 clients • Phone-based Case Manager 1:110 clients • Integrated services Case Manager 1:60 clients
