In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised by officials in DPMC that there is no record of the agency receiving a copy of a briefing note prepared on behalf of the defendants in the Smith v Fonterra case.
