Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 49 state housing projects that had an original estimated delivery date of FY26 have been rescheduled to FY27, and 1 project has been rescheduled to FY28. The list of the projects by address is in the attachment provided by Kāinga Ora.
