Answer

Information on overstayers has been publicly available on the Immigration New Zealand website for the last nine months. The top five overstayer nationalities by % are Tonga, Samoa, Malaysia, Fiji, and India. Of these Tonga, Samoa, Fiji and India are visa required and Malaysia is visa waiver.
