How many, if any, serious workplace accidents were reported to WorkSafe during the week of January 26th 2026?

I am advised that, between 26 January and 1 February 2026, WorkSafe New Zealand received notification of 42 serious workplace accidents (41 notifications of injury and one notification of fatal harm, per my response to Written Question 2010 (2026)).
