Answer

In relation to the recent Government announcements to modernise the public service and reduce workforce numbers, changes will occur over time, and the Ministry of Social Development will carefully work through what this means before making any decisions. No workforce decisions have been made as of now. This is also my response to WPQ 20099 (2026)
