Hon Louise Upston

Answer

I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development’s (the Ministry) Automated Decision-Making Standard governs any process where the Ministry use automated decision-making. You can read more on the Ministry’s website, which can be found here: https://www.msd.govt.nz/about-msd-and-our-work/work-programmes/initiatives/phrae/adm-standard.html
